MALE SUPPORT WORKER - DRIVER NEEDED

What We Offer:
- £12.82 per hour
- £13.03 per hour for Support Workers holding NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care

Your working day can be different from one day to the next. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, reliable, adaptable and able to read situations to support our Children & Young Adults in making positive choices.
We have 5 adult supported living homes and 1 children’s home based in Peterborough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting the needs of Young Adults in line with OFSTED & CQC regulations
- Organising and facilitating social activities (beach trips, cinema, board games etc.)
- Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping etc.)
- Attending and participating in team meetings
Qualifications / Experience / Requirements:
- Experience in care (preferably with vulnerable adults or children)
- Health & Social Care qualifications are advantageous
- A compassionate and person-centred approach
- Enhanced DBS and reference checks required in line with safer recruitment guidelines
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
