We are looking to a recruit a Clinical Registered Manager for Fairfield Nursing Home.
The Home is a 30 Bedded General Nursing Home set in the Heart of Heswall.
The Home is currently rated Good with CQC and requires a Manager who has a wealth of clinical knowledge to helm it.
About You?
You need to be an experienced RGN with a minimum 5 years Care Home Management under your belt, have a wealth of Knowledge with Quality Assurance and have strong ability to lead a very strong team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
- Lead and supervise staff, providing guidance and support in delivering quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs, including those with dementia and Alzheimer's.
- Ensure quality assurance measures are in place and regularly reviewed.
- Manage medication administration and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize IT systems for efficient management and communication within the care home.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
