Customer Experience Manager – Prestige/Specialist/ Multibrand Vehicles
Oxford | Full Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus Opportunities
At Unity Automotive, we're building something different.
Our Oxford site is home to some of the automotive world's most exciting brands. On any given day you could be helping the owner of a Fiat 500, an Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio, a Jeep Wrangler, a Dodge Challenger, a Cadillac Escalade or a RAM truck.
No two days are ever the same.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a *Customer Experience Manager* to become the face of our Aftersales operation in Oxford.
This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Be warned though – this isn't a role for someone who wants to watch the clock. We are busy, ambitious and customer-focused. In return, you'll be part of a growing business where good people are recognised, supported and given opportunities to develop.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for managing the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring every customer receives the level of service they would expect from a modern automotive business.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming customers and creating a fantastic first impression
* Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs
* Managing workshop loading and technician schedules
* Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
* Explaining technical information in a simple and professional manner
* Identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services where appropriate
* Working closely with our Parts, Workshop and Sales teams
* Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and helping us achieve our performance targets
* Resolving customer concerns professionally and proactively
* Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently
What We're Looking For
We're far more interested in attitude than job titles.
You may already be a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Customer Experience Executive. Equally, you may come from hospitality, premium retail, travel or another customer-focused environment.
What matters is that you...
* Love dealing with people
* Have exceptional organisational skills
* Can remain calm under pressure
* Take ownership and responsibility
* Have excellent communication skills
* Are commercially aware and confident discussing products and services
* Enjoy working as part of a team
* Take pride in delivering a first-class customer experience
Automotive experience would be advantageous, but personality, work ethic and a willingness to learn are just as important.
