Chefs – Curry, Tandoor, Grill & Pastry
Manor Row | Modern South Asian Dining | Bradford
Manor Row is a new Modern South Asian Dining destination opening in Bradford, and we’re looking for experienced chefs to join our kitchen team from the very beginning.
We are currently recruiting:
Curry Chef
An experienced Curry Chef with a strong understanding of South Asian cooking, spices, sauces and traditional techniques. You’ll be responsible for producing consistently high-quality dishes and maintaining the standards of the Manor Row kitchen.
Tandoor Chef
An experienced Tandoor Chef confident working with a traditional tandoor, including the preparation of breads, meats and other tandoor dishes. You should be able to work efficiently during busy service while maintaining quality and consistency.
Grill Chef
A skilled Grill Chef experienced in the preparation and cooking of meats and grilled dishes. You’ll need excellent attention to cooking temperatures, preparation, presentation and consistency.
Pastry Chef
A creative and experienced Pastry Chef to take responsibility for the preparation and presentation of our desserts. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail who can consistently produce high-quality desserts suited to a modern dining environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant professional kitchen experience for the position you are applying for
- Strong knowledge of your section and cooking techniques
- High standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently during busy services
- Excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Reliable, organised and able to work well within a team
- Genuine pride and passion for the food you produce
