Overview
We are seeking a professional and dynamic Head Bartender to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality environment. Duties
- Lead and supervise the bar team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism at all times
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beverages, and specialised drinks in accordance with recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and minimise waste to ensure efficient operation
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any special requests or concerns
- Monitor compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations
- Assist in developing new cocktail menus and promotional events to attract customers
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions, measuring ingredients, and managing stock levels
- Effective time management skills to oversee busy service periods without compromising quality
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Personable attitude with excellent communication skills

Pay: £13.00-£17.86 per hour
