We have an exciting new opening for an Inventory Clerk in our central Leeds office. This role would ideally suit candidates with previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or within residential lettings, however someone who is personable, well presented and has good attention to detail may fit in well too. Full training would be provided.
This role has a varied working day, being in the office and out visiting the rental properties on a daily basis.
The key responsibilities are:
- Use specialist inventory software to produce accurate and professional reports.
- To compile inventory reports before the start of each tenancy.
- Complete check out inspections and prepare reports at the end of each managed tenancy.
- Carry out routine inspections on all managed properties every 6 months.
- To ensure the continued high quality of properties under management by feeding back any issues at properties to the property management team.
- To act as front of house in the office to meet and greet any visitors.
- To provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- To answer incoming calls as part of a phone rota system.
- To carry out any necessary administration tasks.
- To support all colleagues in other functions where requested
Key skills required are:
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or within residential lettings would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce clear, accurate written reports.
- Confident using IT systems and mobile technology.
- Highly organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (based on experience), plus bonuses.
Hours: 37.5 per week. 9am – 5.30pm Tuesday to Saturday.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. We pay mileage.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
