Mobile Cleaning Operative
Location: Blackburn & Darwen
Pay: £12.71 per hour + fuel allowance contribution
Working Pattern: 1, 2, or 3 days per week – fully flexible (overtime may be available)
Hours: Monday–Friday, mainly between 7:30am–3:30pm (we work around your availability)
Contract Types: Permanent & as-and-when-required roles available
Weekly Hours: Approximately 5-15 weekly hours (1-3 days)
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our domestic cleaning team. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our clients’ homes while providing a professional and dependable service. You choose how many days you work (1-3 days per week).
Duties & Responsibilities
- General domestic cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising)
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Reporting any issues or damages to your supervisor
- Handling cash payments when required
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
- Following health & safety guidelines
Requirements
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, trustworthy, and professional attitude
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle
- Previous cleaning experience
