We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join a busy team working across residential properties within the Bromley area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment projects.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and comfortable carrying out a variety of trade duties to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of property maintenance and refurbishment works
- Complete carpentry, plumbing, painting, decorating, basic tiling and general repairs
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Communicate professionally with clients and site teams
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Follow project deadlines and company standards
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Multi Trader
- Strong all-round trade skills across multiple disciplines
- Own van or reliable transport
- Own tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Experience working within occupied residential properties
- Strong customer service and communication skills
