Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and dignity
- Support individuals in their daily routines, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household chores
- Develop and follow personalized care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and preferences
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Use IT systems to document care activities accurately and update records regularly
- Drive to clients’ homes or care facilities as needed for home care visits, ensuring timely support delivery
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care support is highly desirable
- Valid driving license and ability to drive is preferred for supporting clients at different locations
- Good command of English language skills for effective communication with clients and team members
- Basic IT literacy for documentation and accessing electronic care plans
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to client interactions
- Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately and adapt to changing needs
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and development opportunities

Pay: £25,420.00-£35,732.15 per year
