Pay: £12.71 per hour + A commission structure

KXU is our sister brand — a boutique gym, wellness centre, and Medispa located on Pavilion Road. With state-of-the-art facilities including treatment rooms, an infrared sauna, and a cryotherapy chamber, we focus on holistic health and wellbeing.
About the Role
We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Spa Reception Team. As the first point of contact for our spa guests, you will play a critical role in providing five-star service and creating a warm, professional, and luxurious environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries and manage bookings using our CRM system Book4Time
- Maintain a professional and polished front-of-house presence
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Maintain high standards across all reception and relaxation areas
- Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry and phone/email communication
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Assist with other reasonable duties as requested by management
- Support cryotherapy and infrared sessions at KXU
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist/front-of-house experience (preferably in a spa, luxury, or wellness setting)
- Strong planning, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with CRM systems: Book4Time and Mindbody experience is a plus
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Passionate about wellness and customer care
Working Hours
- Includes weekends, with a mix of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
- Shifts vary between 8–10 hours
