```Duties```
- Greet customers, engage confidently and provide excellent customer service
- Take and prepare drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Table service and Waiting tables
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Restock bar supplies as needed
- Taking in deliveries and adding stock to Epos
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
```Experience```
- Previous experience in hospitality is essential. 2 years minimum.
- Cellar experience required
- Full uk Driving Licence required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with restaurant and hospitality industry practices
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- This role will be based at our Duffield site but also working in the Little Eaton site and Derby site as and when required.
