Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering operations, technical workflows, and project delivery activities
- Oversee engineering teams, schedules, resources, and performance standards
- Support product development, technical planning, and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, internal teams, and business stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, technical risks, quality standards, and operational reports
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, delivery performance, and service quality
- Prepare senior-level reports, technical updates, and improvement recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in engineering operations, technical services, manufacturing, product development, aerospace support, or project delivery
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working in a UK-based engineering, technology, or technical operations environment is an advantage

Pay: £68,000.00-£91,000.00 per year
