£85,000–£95,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
A well-established and expanding care provider is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations across a portfolio of residential and nursing homes in North Scotland. With ambitious plans to grow the region over the next five years through both new commissioning and acquisitions, this is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader to shape the future of the business.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you'll take full operational and commercial responsibility for a cluster of residential and nursing homes across North Scotland. You'll provide strong, visible leadership to Home Managers, drive quality and compliance standards, and play a key role in the organisation's growth strategy as new services are commissioned and acquired.
Key Responsibilities
- Full operational and P&L accountability for homes across the North Scotland region
- Leading, supporting, and developing a team of Home Managers to deliver high-quality, compliant care
- Driving occupancy, quality ratings, and financial performance across the portfolio
- Playing an active role in the due diligence, integration, and mobilisation of new homes as the business grows through acquisition and commissioning
- Building strong relationships with regulators, commissioners, and other key stakeholders
- Ensuring consistent standards of care and regulatory compliance across all sites
What We're Looking For
- Proven multi-site/regional management experience within residential or nursing care (or a closely related regulated sector)
- Strong understanding of care quality frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience supporting growth, mobilisation, or acquisition of services is highly desirable
- Commercially astute with strong leadership and people skills
- Based in or willing to be based around Aberdeen or Inverness
- Full UK driving licence (regional travel required)
