Key Responsibilities
· Configure, customise, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM modules to support business processes and ensure visibility, availability, and performance.
· Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure for optimal performance and security.
· Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, implementing upgrades, patches, and integrations as needed.
· Provide technical support and user training to drive effective platform adoption.
· Maintain data integrity and security through regular reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
· Implement and enhance cybersecurity measures, including vulnerability assessments and incident response.
· Maintain clear documentation and collaborate with teams for incident response and change management.
· Support troubleshooting activities and help resolve ServiceNow-related incidents and requests.
· Participate in testing, upgrades, and platform enhancement initiatives.
· Assist in developing technical documentation and user guides under supervision.
· Contribute to team meetings and cross-functional projects aimed at process improvement.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required
· Proven experience as a ServiceNow Analyst with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM.
· Strong background in ServiceNow administration, configuration, customisation, and integrations.
· Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and scripting (PowerShell, SQL, ServiceNow scripting).
· Good understanding of cybersecurity principles (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and practical experience in monitoring and patch management.
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is desirable.
Pay: £37,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ashford TW15 2RP
