Level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner – Permanent Role
Location: Lordswood
Job Type: Permanent
Hours:
- Monday to Friday – 30 hours per week
- OR
- 4 days per week – 36–38 hours
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a small, friendly, and highly respected nursery in Lordswood for a Level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner to join their welcoming team on a permanent basis.

Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years
- A valid and in-date Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Previous nursery or early years experience
- Strong communication and observation skills
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
The Role:
- Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Working within either the baby room or toddler room
- Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment at all times
