About the role:
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll run your own section with precision and pride, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes using the best seasonal and sustainable produce. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Run your own section with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail
· Cook with fresh, seasonal produce from trusted suppliers
· Support the Sous and Head Chef with prep, service, and quality control
· Maintain the highest food hygiene and safety standards
· Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional kitchen culture
About you:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Leadership experience or skills in supervising kitchen staff is advantageous.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests
