What You'll Be Doing
-
Responding professionally to telephone and email orders from engineers and customers
-
Taking orders correctly, accurately and quickly
-
Troubleshooting to ensure customers' expectations are met
-
Identifying parts required from engineer information and sourcing from competitive suppliers

Updating the database with accurate notes whilst dealing with calls
-
Raising quotations from preferred suppliers at competitive prices
-
Assisting with pricing, part numbering and sourcing to fulfil customer orders
The successful candidate will be required to participate in the Company Out of Hours Standby Service on a rostered basis, which includes cover over Bank and Statutory Days Holiday.
What You'll Bring
You'll have a good standard of education including maths and English, plus proven experience in a customer-focused or call centre environment.
You'll demonstrate excellent telephone manner and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers. You can prioritise work to meet customer needs and manage multiple contracts as required.
