Event Staff – Brand Ambassadors

Dates: 28th-30th August
Shift Time: 11:30- 18:30
Pay Rate: £110.38 per day
Our client is returning to a number of major festivals this year, continuing to connect with families and young adults through a series of fun, interactive brand experiences!
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and engaging team to help bring two unique activation areas to life: a vibrant Kids Area and an exciting Main Arena space. You will play a key role in creating memorable moments for festival-goers and delivering outstanding brand representation throughout the event.

Available Positions & Key Responsibilities
1. Kids Area – Brand Ambassadors
- Enthusiastically welcome and engage with visiting families and children.
- Distribute merchandise, goody bags, and promotional items.
- Manage the interactive "Spin to Win" game and activity queue.
- Hand out and collect Silent Disco headphones.
- Encourage visitors to participate in quick feedback surveys.
- Maintain the overall presentation, cleanliness, and safety of the area.
2. Main Arena – Brand Ambassadors
- Act as the face of our client's brand, engaging directly with festival-goers.
- Serve prosecco top-ups and create an upbeat, premium experience for guests.
- Process customer payments efficiently where required.
- Manage interactive activities, including the "Spin to Win" station.
- Conduct quick customer surveys to gather feedback.
- Keep the activation space clean, welcoming, and well-presented.
3. Reserve Role ( 47.31 Day Rate - 1 Hour Shift)
All staff must be flexible to work as either Kitchen Prep or Brand Ambassador if required.
- You will attend site at the start of the shift and remain onsite for the first hour
- If required to replace a team member, you must be available to stay the full day (paid full day rate)
- If not required, you will receive a reserve fee and be free to leave
Requirements
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Flexible and willing to take on different roles as required
- Passion for food, drink, and customer engagement
