Willow Green Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) is recruiting for Job Coaches. As an integral role within the Supported Internship team, the Job Coach supports learners within the classroom environment and work placement.
The role provides practical support to learners on tasks in the workplace, as well as social and emotional support. In conjunction with this, the post involves training learners to access the workplace independently using public transport or defined walking routes as appropriate.
The Job Coach will work closely with learners, teachers, and employers to support the successful delivery of supported internships and work-based learning. This will include profiling learners, helping to shape appropriate job roles, and providing tailored support either individually or in groups to enable learners to access and participate fully in workplace activities.
