**Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute groundworks, including excavation, drainage, and foundation work.
- Carry out finishing tasks such as laying kerbs, patios, paving and brickwork
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to achieve project goals.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Perform site cleanup and prepare for subsequent phases of construction.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a groundworker/finisher or similar role.
- Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
- Ability to operate machinery and tools relevant to groundworks.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- CSCS Card needed and any plant tickets are an advantage
