An established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate Solicitor to join its growing Private Client team in Oxford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client lawyer seeking high-quality work, genuine career progression and a supportive culture that values flexibility and work-life balance.
The Role
You will advise a broad client base of high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners on a wide range of private client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust creation, administration and taxation
- Court of Protection matters
- Succession and wealth preservation planning
The role offers significant client contact, responsibility for managing your own caseload and the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives across the region.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Private Client law
- Strong technical knowledge across the full spectrum of private client matters
- Experience advising high-net-worth clients would be advantageous
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- STEP qualification or a willingness to pursue STEP accreditation would be welcomed
