Empire Security are looking for Mobile Patrol Officer to work around Birmingham
Full UK Driving licences minimum 4 years.
Mobile Driver will be patrolling various site in a company car.
Shift Patterns:
Nights 12 hour shifts.
Purpose:
- To provide an efficient and professional security service to Empire Support Services clients as specified, demonstrating the highest levels of customer service; presenting at all times a smart, alert, visible and commanding security presence.
- We need a mature and preferably experienced Security Officer holding a current SIA Manned Guarding or Door Supervisor licence.
- This successful candidate will need to be able to work 12 hour night shifts .
- Full and ongoing training with a view to career development including opportunities to progress.
- You must have clear communication skills with a smart and presentable appearance.
- You must be flexible and have the ability to be able to work well on your own and with a team.
Duties:
- Ensure clients property and other assets are secure
- Responding to alarm call outs
- Opening and locking up sites
- Answering all enquiries (in person or by phone) courteously and professionally
- Complete daily logs noting all appropriate activity
- Produce accurate reports as and when needed
- Conduct sufficient external patrols to ensure security of client's premises
- Full uniform provided
- You will have to do patrol on company van
- To be able to drive company van you mu be aged 30 and over and had full uk license minimum 4 years
Essential Requirements:
- Current SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding (Required)
- Have a Full UK Driving License (Required)
- Excellent verbal communication skills, pleasant manner, approachable, clearly spoken
- Excellent customer care skills, Have a good knowledge of Health & Safety
- Possesses computer literacy of at least a basic level
- Demonstrates basic numeracy and literacy skills for following instructions and preparing reports
- Demonstrate good observation skills
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude to changing working hours and patterns
- Strong observational skills
- High vigilance to ensure a safe / secure working environment
Job Types: Full time 50-60hrs per week
Salary: National minimum wage
