We are seeking a dedicated and professional Window Cleaner to join our maintenance team. Duties
- Perform window cleaning tasks on both interior and exterior surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
- Operate cleaning equipment such as squeegees, ladders, scaffolding, and water-fed pole systems safely and effectively
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring special attention or additional cleaning
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness while adhering to safety protocols and health regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and provide excellent customer service
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure
- Keep detailed records of completed work, supplies used, and any maintenance issues encountered
- Collaborate with team members to complete large or complex projects efficiently
Skills
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record; experience in driving company vehicles preferred
- Proficiency in speaking and understanding English for effective communication
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanour
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to work at heights safely using ladders or scaffolding
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual cleaning tasks over extended periods
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning results and safety compliance
