SUPERVISOR
Here at Eden Menswear, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our team at our Ashford store.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
We are looking for a fun, energetic and enthusiastic individual with previous retail and supervisory experience to come aboard. Relevant experience is essential for this position, as you’ll be supporting Management with the day-to-day running of the store and helping to lead the team.

The Role
As Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting Management in the successful running of the store. You’ll be focused on delivering store targets while ensuring high retail and operational standards are maintained both on the shop floor and back of house.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and motivating the store team
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Helping to achieve sales and store targets
- Training and supporting colleagues
- Receiving and organising deliveries
- Merchandising products and maintaining store presentation
- Setting up promotions and window displays
- Supporting the day-to-day operational running of the store
What We’re Looking For
We love to recruit team members who have a genuine interest in fashion, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Previous experience within retail is essential, with supervisory, team leader or management experience strongly preferred.
You’ll need to be confident working with customers, supporting colleagues and taking responsibility when required. We’re looking for a hands-on team player who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and add value to Eden Menswear.
