Job Title: Full-Time Sales Advisor (Carpets & Flooring)
Location: Bowman Carpets Ltd, Penrith, UK
Hours: 40 hours per week, including Saturdays on a rota

We offer a wide range of carpets, luxury vinyl tiles, and vinyls to suit every home and budget. We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity to combine a secure basic wage with the potential for excellent uncapped commission.
The Role
- Provide a first-class shopping experience for all our customers in the showroom.
- Offer expert advice on our range of flooring products to help customers find the perfect solution for their needs.
- Generate quotes, process sales, and accurately handle customer payments.
- Proactively follow up with customer enquiries, both in-store and over the phone.

About You
- You are a naturally friendly and confident communicator.
- You have excellent people skills and a passion for customer service.
- You are target-driven and motivated by a commission structure.
- You are reliable, well-organised, and able to work independently.
- Some retail or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is most important. All training will be provided
