Glass Finish Ltd are recruiting for multiple experienced Paint Repairer / Panel Beater (Non‑Structural) to join our expanding bodyshop team.
Our Paint and Panel Technicians deliver high‑quality cosmetic repairs with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer experience.
- Carry out non‑structural panel repairs including minor dents, scrapes and surface damage
- Complete paint preparation and refinishing to a high standard
- Prepare vehicle surfaces and panels, ensuring a smooth and even base for painting.
- Expertly mask and tape off sections that are not to be painted.
- Perform cosmetic repairs across panels, bumpers and exterior components
- Ensure all work follows approved processes and quality expectations
- Work effectively with the wider bodyshop team to deliver a seamless repair journey
- Be able to record and image your work as necessary
For this role, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years previous experience in paint repair and non‑structural panel work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of using the correct polishing tools, techniques, and equipment.
- Familiarity with the latest automotive finishes and paint technologies.
- Certifications in automotive bodywork or paint preparation.
- Full UK drivers license
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 am - 05.00 pm
Optional Saturdays: 09:00 am - 02:00 pm
Salary:
Competitive; to be discussed during the interview. Subject to skill set.
