This role is ideal for someone who enjoys process‑driven work, values accuracy, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of post‑transaction work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting AP1 applications via the Land Registry online portal
- Managing deadlines to ensure OS1 priority periods are protected
- Monitoring the Land Registry portal for updates and registration notifications
- Ensuring documents and communications are accurately recorded on the case management system
- Supporting the team in responding to Land Registry requisitions
- Tracking key dates using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Keeping clients updated throughout the registration process
- Communicating progress to lenders in line with service level agreements
- Maintaining well-organised, clear, and accessible files
- Handling confidential information in line with data protection requirements
- Escalating any issues promptly where needed
- Supporting the wider administrative team
Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will gain hands‑on exposure to legal processes — building a strong foundation for future progression within the firm.
