We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Manage daily routines, ensuring that children's needs are met in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's individual needs.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform future planning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and respected.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's educational offerings and overall experience for children and families.
- Collaborate with other practitioners to share best practices and improve service delivery.
Experience
- A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others within the team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
- A passion for childcare and commitment to supporting children's development through play-based learning is crucial.
