This role will be working with existing, well established client accounts providing excellent customer service and responding to incoming bookings, allocating jobs to staff, as well as responsibility for ensuring invoices are paid on time.
An ability to solve problems, using your own initiative, upselling our services and a desire to help grow the business.
The role is based within walking distance to central Woking and is working within a close knit team.
To succeed in this role you must be enthusiastic, motivated with a desire to ensure excellent customer service.
We require the following skill set:
Demonstrable customer account management skills.
You will need to be articulate and accurate in your work, both written and verbal.
Motivated with a “ can do” attitude.
Have experience in a customer service role.
Organisational skills, an ability to multi task and build strong relationships with the workforce.
