We're a fast-growing, family-run food ingredients business with over 30 years of experience supplying wholesale, food manufacturing, hospitality and retail customers across the UK. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Co-ordinator to join our friendly team in Brighouse.
You'll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive the outstanding service we're known for, working closely with our sales, purchasing, warehouse and transport teams to coordinate orders, manage deliveries and keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Processing customer orders accurately using Sage 200
- Liaising with sales, purchasing, warehouse and transport teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently
- Coordinating customer deliveries and logistics to achieve on-time delivery
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their orders and providing excellent service throughout
- Building strong working relationships with customers, warehouse teams and transport partners
- Resolving customer queries and proactively managing any issues that arise
- Providing general sales administration support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys delivering excellent customer service. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, communicating with a range of people and working as part of a collaborative team.
Ideally, you'll have:
- At least three years' experience in a sales administration or customer service role
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care
- Excellent IT skills, with experience of Sage 200
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a growing business
