Salary: £27,976 (40 hours)
Hours: up to 40 hours, flexible and negotiable shifts
Location: Giffnock, East Renfrewshire

We’re looking for a kind, positive, down-to-earth person to join our friendly supported living service, where you’ll support eight amazing individuals. Everyday is different- no two shifts are the same!
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting people to live independently in their own homes
- Helping people enjoy hobbies, holidays, days out and community activities.
- Assisting with cooking, shopping, meal planning and daily living skills.
- Support with medication where required.
- Keeping records and working as part of a supportive team.
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Enjoys working with people and making them smile.
- Is reliable and enjoys being part of a team, but can work independently and is an effective communicator.
- Proactive with the ability to help people engage in their community.
- Is willing to learn and develop new skills (in training)
