Summary
We are seeking a Bakery Assistant for a fixed-term position at Dylan’s Restaurant CPU Llangefni. You will be working on a temporary contract of 30 hours per week until 30th September 2026. Perfect for anyone looking to keep busy this Summer Season.

Responsibilities
- Assist in daily bakery operations, including food production and baking.
- Prepare ingredients and manage baking processes to meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety protocols in the bakery.
- Support the team in developing new baked products.
- Ensure timely preparation of baked goods for restaurant service and retail.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in baking or food preparation within a bakery or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Passion for baking and culinary arts.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a hospitality environment.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with retail food production.
