About This Role
We are looking for compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a friendly 66-year-old gentleman with complex care needs in his family home in Elephant & Castle.
Family is at the heart of his life, and he enjoys spending time with his loved ones, playing dominoes and board games, watching television, attending prayer, and visiting the local gardens. He is looking for respectful, engaging Healthcare Assistants who can build a positive relationship with both him and his family while maintaining a professional approach.
In this role, you will provide person-centred care, including personal care, moving and handling, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support. Previous experience with tracheostomy and ventilators is essential.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Previous tracheostomy and ventilator experience (essential)
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
- Clear communication skills.
- Confidence supporting with medication administration, personal care, and moving and handling.
