Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and explicit Governance Lead to champion our governance framework, ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across our services. Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor governance policies aligned with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
- Lead quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of service delivery and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to embed governance principles into daily operations and strategic planning.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on governance procedures, risk management, and quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive records of governance activities, audit findings, and compliance reports.
- Act as a point of contact for external regulators and internal stakeholders regarding governance matters.
Experience
- Proven experience in governance leadership within health or social care settings.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and regulatory requirements relevant to health and social care.
- Demonstrated ability to develop policies, lead audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively on governance standards.
- Experience in managing risk assessments and ensuring organizational compliance at all levels.
