Duties
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, fillings, extractions, and other treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring sterilization standards are met
- Provide compassionate patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and offering reassurance
- Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations
- Support patients with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain high standards of infection control and sterilization protocols throughout the clinic
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily schedules and patient flow
Skills
- Strong patient care skills with a friendly and empathetic approach
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain procedures and instructions
- Knowledge of nursing practices specific to dental care environments
- Proficiency in IT systems (Software Of Excellence) for managing patient records and clinic administration
- Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting
