Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Resin Driveway Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing high-quality resin driveways, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and applying necessary groundwork before resin application
- Mix and apply resin materials according to technical specifications and safety standards
- Manage the installation process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Conduct maintenance of tools and equipment used during installation
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues encountered
- Manage materials inventory and organise delivery schedules as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised work site throughout each project
Experience
- Previous experience in resin driveway installation or similar surface preparation roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of management principles related to project organisation and team coordination is advantageous
- Experience in maintenance of tools and equipment used in construction or landscaping projects is desirable
- Valid driving licence is beneficial for transporting materials and equipment between sites
- Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members effectively
