Rickerby Retreat Ltd is a small business in HOSPITALITY in Carlisle, CA3 9AA. We are professional, fast-paced and customer-centric.
The second Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving meals in a friendly and timely manner alongside our Head chef. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking direction, have a high attention to detail when handling food and is capable of working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Work in the kitchen in preparation of meals and snacks.
- Perform food preparation duties as ordered by the Head Chef
- Assemble and set up equipment needed for prep work, according to assembly instructions and as per kitchen protocol.
- Clean up area and equipment used for preparation of food and appliances, following cleaning procedures.
- Be aware of all allergy issues.
- Complete fridge/freezer temperature checks and keep health & safety records
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
