The Gower Deli is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking Barista / Café Team Member to join our growing team.
We are an award-winning independent delicatessen, bakery and café, passionate about serving exceptional coffee alongside high-quality breakfast, brunch and Mediterranean-inspired food made with the finest local Welsh produce.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing excellent coffee and hot drinks to a consistently high standard.
- Delivering outstanding customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Serving customers efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Assisting with food service and displaying deli products.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and presentation.
- Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team in a busy environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has barista or café experience
- Has a genuine passion for coffee and hospitality.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
- Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Is flexible and available to work weekdays and weekends.
