- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock ingredients as needed, and communicate supply needs to management.
- Serve meals promptly while ensuring presentation meets aesthetic standards.
- Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
- Prior experience with meal preparation, serving, and kitchen operations is highly desirable.
