Management Accountant
Starboard Hotels | Full-Time | up to £45,000 + Benefits
Hybrid Working: 4 days office-based, 1 day remote per week
We're excited to be looking for a proactive Management Accountant to join the Starboard Hotels Finance team at a fantastic stage in our growth journey. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you'll be a key part of the team, helping to deliver accurate financial reporting, providing valuable commercial insight, and supporting performance across our hotel portfolio. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact, work closely with stakeholders across the business, and contribute to the continued success of a growing hospitality company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Partner with hotel management teams to improve performance
- Monitor financial results and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with audits, financial controls, and credit control
About You
- CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified or qualified by experience
- Strong accounting, analytical, and Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
- Xero and hospitality experience are desirable
