Sales Negotiator
Location: Linlithgow & Edinburgh
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Monthly Commission
Due to continued growth, Mason Homes are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join our expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across our offices, helping to grow our sales department while delivering the high level of customer service Mason Homes is known for.
The Role
You'll be involved in all aspects of the sales process, including:
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Registering buyers
- Negotiating offers
- Progressing sales
- Prospecting for new business
- Following up valuations and enquiries
- Building relationships with buyers and sellers
- Supporting the team in achieving monthly targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous estate agency experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Ideally based within easy travelling distance of both our West Lothian and Edinburgh West offices
