You will be picking up, walking and dropping off dogs in Fulham and Putney; handling up to 4 dogs at a time. This role is perfect for someone who's already working part-time or someone who would like to earn extra income with AD-HOC WORK. You will become a ‘DogParent’ and be representing our company by providing the highest quality of care you can whilst keeping the dogs safe, happy and stimulated.
We wish to see new walkers embody the DogParents’ values of providing quality care and going above and beyond for our client’s and their dogs. The role is rewarding and can be a lot of fun!
An applicant who is responsible, active, caring and determined would be the ideal walker for us to take on. Whether you have regularly walked someone else’s dog(s) or even just your own pooch; relevant skills and experience in dog care are desired (but not compulsory). We would like a confident walker on the team who will become an avid ambassador for the DogParents.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Safely walking multiple dogs at once
- Handling dogs on-lead and off-lead
- Taking photos of the dogs to update the clients
- Dressing appropriately for the weather
- Managing time well whilst picking up and dropping off dogs
- Assessing the environment you’re walking in and operating safely
- Keeping our local parks clean by cleaning up after your pack
Hours will be spread over multiple days, not in long shifts. This is the perfect job for someone who is looking for extra income on top of another part-time job. If you're looking to have a break from the office and get outdoors with some lovely dogs, this is the job for you.
