We are delighted to offer a new position within our very busy Independent Estate Agency for a Full time role within our Lettings department as a Property Consultant . If you have a motivated attitude we want to hear from you! EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED as in house training will be provided.
The role will include the following daily duties:
* Property Viewings
* Property Check In/Outs
* Attending to maintenance repair requests
* Liaising between landlords and tenants
* Property inspection visits
* General office duties
* Taking calls and attending to emails from clients and customers
