We are looking for an experienced room member of staff who is at least childcare level three qualified, with a minimum of one year Pre-School experience.
You must be imaginative, self motivated, passionate and a team player with good communication, interpersonal skills and good knowledge of the EYFS and be able to deliver it effectively.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team in your room to provide an exceptional level of childcare, supported by the nursery management team.
- Maintain good practice in your room, ensuring that the EYFS is adhered to and the room environment appropriate.
- Supervising and monitoring the safety of the children.
- Feeding and changing the children, as needed.
- Leading the planning of day to day activities.
- Building strong relationships with parents.
- Keeping records of children’s progress, routines, and interests.
- Lead a strong key person approach.
This is a full time position of 41.25 hours per week.
