Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support and optimise our online retail operations, contributing to the growth of our digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for digital marketing and e-commerce management. This role is suitable for individuals with a background or interest in management, marketing, and IT, eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced environment. This is a new role within the company and will be one which is varied in roles from start to finish of the process.
Responsibilities
- Overall running of various online shops across different platforms i.e. Vinted, EBay, Facebook marketplace
- From start to finish , from listing the products to picking and posting them
- Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate on B2B marketing initiatives to expand business partnerships and client outreach.
- Monitor industry trends in e-commerce
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Experience in social media management across various platforms.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint for presentations.
- Basic IT knowledge relevant to e-commerce platforms and digital tools.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
