We are seeking a Head of Systems Education Practice to lead the Professional Development and Open Curriculum strands within our Centre for Systems Transformation, Leadership and Education (C4STLE).
The postholder will serve as the strategic lead for scaling our pioneering systems transformation pedagogy to a global audience of educators. Working alongside the Head of Faculty (Systems Transformation Pathway) and the Head of Social Impact Initiatives, this role sits on the Learning Innovation team and operates with significant autonomy to build the commercial and public-good engines of the Centre in collaboration with Atlantic Experience.
- Lead Professional Development: Design, develop, and oversee all teacher training offerings, including bespoke systems leadership courses and professional development programs delivered in collaboration with strategic partners (e.g., the International Baccalaureate).
- Champion the Open Curriculum: Manage the strategic release and public-good distribution of UWC Atlantic’s systems transformation curriculum, cultivating a global Community of Practice among educators.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Operate the commercial engine of the C4STLE by successfully launching revenue-generating professional development courses that contribute to the College's financial sustainability and scholarship model.
- Represent C4STLE: Act as a leading ambassador for UWC Atlantic's educational vision in external global forums, building the Centre's reputation as an anchor institution for systems education.
