A good customer service team needs more than phones and computer screens. It needs people who enjoy working together, managers who are available when support is needed and an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable being themselves.
You will become part of a friendly contact centre team of around 16 advisors. The office is busy and upbeat, but never overly formal. Colleagues share advice, celebrate good results and step in to help when a difficult enquiry needs a second opinion. Background music, regular team activities and plenty of conversation help keep the working day positive.
We are hiring someone who enjoys speaking with people and takes satisfaction in finding the right solution. You will handle a range of customer enquiries, listen carefully to what each person needs and make sure they finish the call feeling understood and supported.
Previous contact centre experience would be helpful, but it is not essential. What matters most is that you communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure and genuinely care about providing a positive experience.
