About the role
Pom Pom London is looking for a Creative Marketing Lead to run the day-to-day content and creative output of the brand, working closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager to bring our wider marketing strategy and campaigns to life. This is a hands-on role combining creative thinking, content production, social and campaign execution, with responsibility for coordinating a small marketing team and ensuring we consistently have strong, relevant and commercially effective content across our channels.
You’ll be responsible for turning marketing priorities into clear content plans, developing creative ideas, overseeing shoots and ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly across organic and paid channels.
You’ll work closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager on overall marketing direction and priorities, and with the Head of Performance Marketing to ensure our creative supports acquisition and commercial performance.
What you’ll own
- Planning & Campaigns - Work with the Brand & Marketing Manager to understand upcoming priorities and translate them into the day-to-day calendar. Coordinate the planning and delivery of campaigns, seasonal activity, promotions and key brand moments, ensuring all channels are aligned and deadlines are met.
- Organic social - Lead the execution of organic social across Facebook/Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms - growing audience, engagement and community, staying ahead of trends and continuously evolving approach based on performance.
- Paid-creative pipeline - Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to develop and deliver a high-quality pipeline of paid creative. Translate performance briefs and insights into relevant concepts, create content and ensure creative activity supports both commercial performance and the wider brand.
- Content production - Plan and run photoshoots, oversee editing and maintain a reliable content calendar and asset library so the team and partners always have a strong pipeline of content. Assist in website and product content.
- Team leadership - Manage, brief and support the Marketing Executive and Marketing Assistant, setting priorities, delegating effectively and owning the team’s day-to-day workflow, whilst working closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager to ensure the team remains aligned with marketing priorities.
- Agencies & creators - Support the Brand & Marketing Manager with the wider influencer and creator strategy. Lead the day-to-day coordination of UGC and creator content, including briefing, content requirements and delivery.
- Measurement - Track content and creative performance across organic (growth, engagement) and paid (creative testing with the performance team), and turn the insight into better work.
Who you are
- Several years’ experience in content, social or creative for a DTC / ecommerce brand, ideally with a spell leading or mentoring others.
- A proven track record growing organic social (Instagram and/or TikTok), with a strong visual eye and an instinct for brand.
- Genuinely hands-on and confident filming, editing and creating content yourself. Write sharp, on-brand copy.
- Experience creating paid social ad creative, and a real understanding of what makes an ad stop the scroll and convert - comfortable working to performance briefs and reading data.
- Organised and calm under competing demands - you can run a content calendar and pipeline that serves both brand and performance without dropping the ball.
- Collaborative, proactive and happy working in a small, fast-moving team and external partners.
Bonus points
- Experience managing UGC creators or influencer relationships.
- A background in Fashion Accessories
- Photography, or motion / video production skills.
- Familiarity with email / CRM creative (Klaviyo) and how content works across the full funnel.
- Comfortable with performance tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Shopify).
What success looks like — first 6–12 months
- The brand looks and sounds consistent, distinctive and premium across every channel.
- A dependable creative pipeline is in place, giving the performance team the volume and quality of ad creative they need to scale spend.
- Organic social is growing on the metrics that matter to us.
- The team is planning content further ahead and working proactively rather than reactively.
