We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive/Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves being mentored by a sales professional with 30 + years of experience, engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments to support our sales objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English and experience in B2B sales and telemarketing. The position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales career within a professional environment that values organisation and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services effectively.
- Qualify leads through engaging conversations, understanding client needs, and assessing their suitability.
- Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to record interactions, update client information, and track progress.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain organised records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and improving outreach efforts.
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment with a focus on achieving appointment-setting goals.
