Job description:
Roots of Sussex Ltd are looking for a reliable Full-time, part-time garden maintenance assistant to join our small, friendly team working on high-end private gardens.
Work includes:
- Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming
- Weeding, pruning & general tidy-ups
- Planting, mulching & seasonal garden jobs
- Loading/unloading tools and green waste
What we’re looking for:
✅ Hard working and reliable
✅ Happy working outdoors in all weather
✅ Good attitude and willing to learn
✅ Gardening experience is essential
Requirements:
- Driving licence preferred
- Must be based locally / able to travel to jobs
- PAYE or self-employed considered
